January 3, 2022 —  Now more than ever organizations need strong, capable leaders. We have faced pervasive uncertainty throughout the pandemic and while 2022 brings renewed opportunities, it is sure to bring continued transformative change. At the James W. Burns Executive Education Centre we asked ourselves, how can leaders ensure they are prepared to step into the new year and lead with confidence? By focusing on crucial leadership skills, we can ensure we are ready to take every challenge with newfound resilience that brings about innovative and creative ways of leading in times of immense change.

December 23, 2021 —  Another year of virtual teaching and learning has passed, another Spring graduating class of law students endured final exams, convocation ceremonies, grad celebrations and commencement of articles in front of a screen at home. Another cohort of 1L students were introduced to law school virtually. Professors spent another year recording and uploading lectures, staring at boxes on screens hoping students were behind them, heeding the lessons. At some point, everyone wondered where the community was and what was happening at Robson Hall?

December 23, 2021 —  Season's greetings! It has been an eventful year. I hope that all of you in our Rady Faculty community get some well-deserved rest and are able to spend time with loved ones, either virtually or in person, over this university break. Keep in mind that it's also a time to remember those who have less and those who struggle through this season, based on their circumstances.
